Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is simply a state of deep relaxation and nothing to be afraid of.  

Everyone has experienced this state of mind before, it is a bit like daydreaming, and we all experience it every day when falling asleep and waking up we naturally go through a phase of hypnosis.

But we do not normally make use of it. It has been much maligned as a state of ‘unconsciousness’. Still, in Hypnosis we prefer to think of this way of being as the most powerful state of consciousness possible – where we have access to the behaviours, programmes and patterns that have locked us in an energetic prison of our own making.

These behaviour patterns or thought prisons are pretty easy to release and break free from if we apply the techniques and processes that Hypnotherapists and Shamans have been using for 1,000s of years.

By learning the art of hypnosis and maintaining this state of consciousness for long enough to focus your intent, we can help to break negative habits & let go of old negative feelings, create new positive behaviours and feelings, and effortlessly become the person that we want to be.

Hypnosis can feel like magic because it has the potential to create significant change in our lives with grace and ease. As our inner world changes, our outer world reflects this change back to us and everything shifts for our benefit.

How can it help me?

Hypnosis can at its most basic teach us methods to help us to deal with the stresses and pressures of our modern lives and can also be used to facilitate physical healing.

By tapping into our subconscious (or MEGA-conscious as I prefer to phrase it) we are able to access our own innate healing powers and guide our return to a healthier body, mind, spirit and gain control of our emotional state so we can use it as the guidance system it is meant to be, rather than be controlled and overwhelmed by it.

On a deeper more spiritual level, it can connect us with our spiritual self, help us to connect to spirit guides and discover who we were born to be with clarity.

​I usually recommend that to make the best use of this therapy you take a short course of treatments, usually 3-4 sessions, but this varies depending on the requirement of the client. Each session lasts around 1 hour.
